For the past 2 years, boys entries have been too large for us to run one heat of VB and FSB, so we've split the races into two heats. For the Varsity Boys, we will create an "A" race which will be labeled the Gold division. In the FS division, we will split the schools alphabetically to create evenly sized heats.
If registration numbers do not warrant splitting the heats, we will collapse the schedule and everyone will get to go home early!
Please note that we have shortened the time between our varsity and frosh soph races to 25 minutes. This should not be a problem, so long as we don't have finishers slower than 25 minutes in those races. To make sure we stay on schedule PUT YOUR KIDS SLOWER THAT RACE SLOWER THAN 8 MINUTES PER MILE ON NORMAL COURSES INTO THE JV RACES AT THE END OF THE DAY.
- 8:30 AM - Open Race + Junior High Race
- 9:00 AM - Varsity Boys Black Division
- 9:25 AM - Varsity Boys Gold Division
- 9:50 AM - Varsity Girls
- 10:15 AM - Frosh Soph Boys - Black Division (Teams A-M)
- 10:40 AM - Frosh Soph Boys - Gold Division (Teams N-Z)
- 11:05 AM - Frosh Soph Girls
- 11:35 AM - Junior Varsity Boys
- 12:05 AM - Junior Varsity Girls
